To be eligible for a return, your item must:

- Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe
- You can request a return within 12hrs of receiving your order.
- Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
4. Exchange Options
- We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of size issues, defects, or incorrect products received.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us within 12hrs of delivery at support@flosify.in
- Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personal use or hygiene products
- Customized or made-to-order items
- Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
- Gift cards or promotional items
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
