1. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • Be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt)

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. Return Timeframe

  • You can request a return within 12hrs of receiving your order.
  • Return requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Refund Process and Timing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 to 4 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.


4. Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of size issues, defects, or incorrect products received.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 12hrs of delivery at support@flosify.in
  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue for verification

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no additional cost to you.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal use or hygiene products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page
  • Gift cards or promotional items

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
